Fig Fling

Coordinator - Josh Wedin

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Fig Fling!

The Fig Fling is a cross-theme event where builders compete to build a launcher which will throw a minifig the greatest distance or most accurately.

Launchers must be made entirely of Lego, but anything Lego is allowed. The only exceptions allowed are for rubber bands or string. These items can be non-Lego, but everything else needs to be official Lego pieces and products.

The first competition will be for distance. The longest fig flung will be the winner.

The second competition will be for accuracy. Launchers will fire three shots at a target and the highest combined score wins!

For the purposes of these competitions, a fig consists of standard legs, standard torso with arms and hands, and a head with no hair or headgear. The minifigs used as ammunition at the event will be provided to ensure that all ammunition is identical for each launcher.

You provide flinger(s). Unlimited participation. No need to sign up.
