What is BrickCon?
BrickCon is a four-day convention for adult fans, collectors, and builders of LEGO®.
Held in Seattle, WA, attendees from around the country and around the world come together to share their LEGO® creations, learn from each other, and meet new friends. Now in its 11th year, BrickCon is the longest running fan-based LEGO® convention.
What to expect:
All attendees to BrickCon are encouraged to bring LEGO® creations they have built and to display them to each other and to the public. BrickCon also offers seminars about current events in the LEGO® world, roundtable discussions about building techniques, and lectures by master builders. BrickCon organizes a wide variety of building contests with prizes for the top builders. In the vendor area, attendees can purchase new and used LEGO® sets and parts, as well as a huge assortment of custom parts and accessories.
Public Days:
On Saturday and Sunday, the general public is invited in to be amazed. Stand by your creations and eavesdrop on the compliments, or stand in front of them and point out the best bits. Or hide from the crowds in the private areas.
Activities for the LEGO®-impaired
It’s hard to imagine, but not everyone shares our fascination with these little plastic bricks. Fortunately, BrickCon is located at the Seattle Center, in the heart of Seattle. Dozens of other activities are available within walking distance, and hundreds more are accessible by bus, monorail, ferry, or car. Spouses and siblings will be able to find plenty to do, and you’ll each have amazing tales to tell at the end of the day.
Join us!
BrickCon is a great weekend of friends and LEGO®. If you’ve never been, you owe it to yourself to discover one of the best parts of the LEGO® hobby -- building a community.
